  • No invented statistics. Where research is characterised, it is described in general terms rather than dressed up with numbers that cannot be traced to a specific source.
  • No fabricated case studies. Patterns described are composites of the kind of thing people commonly report, and are never presented as particular clients.
  • No outcome promises. Articles describe mechanisms and approaches. They do not promise weight loss, timeframes or results.
  • Clear boundaries. Where something is a matter for a doctor, dietitian or clinical service, the article says so rather than implying hypnotherapy covers it.
